In England we work with LSI in the city of Portsmouth. LSI is one of the top Executive English Training centres in the UK and specialises in the design of specifically-tailored ‘English for Professional Communications’ courses on a ‘one-to-one’ or ‘small group’ basis. They also offer more general courses for adults.

Executive Programmes
The courses are essentially practical; they are designed to improve communicative performance in a wide range of professional, business and commercial contexts and may include English for meetings, English for negotiations, making presentations, dealing with numerical data, telephoning, socialising and entertaining, fax, e-mail, letter and report writing.

£1,350 + £60 registration | Full day individual 1-1 training. |
| OPTION 'B' : CLOSED GROUP |
£2,200 / group + £60 per student registration | A Closed Group consists of a maximum of 6 students ; all from the same company or sponsor. |
| OPTION 'C' : OPEN GROUP |
£950 + £60 registration | Consists of a maximum of 4 students per group of different nationalities & professional backgrounds. Minimum starting level for Open Group courses is lower-intermediate or above. |
| OPTION 'D' : COMBINATION |
£1,150 + £60 registration | Combines 50% Open Group training plus 50% One-to-One training. |
| STUDY TIMETABLE: | For all 4 options: Intensive programme based on 42 study hours per week: 25 hours contact teaching -plus- 5 to 10 self-access study hours -plus- 7½ hours social English over lunch with tutor -plus- evening social activities. |

We normally encourage participants to stay with one of our carefully selected English Host Families. Half-board basis: breakfast and dinner on weekdays - all meals at the weekend. |
| TUTOR-ACCOMPANIED LUNCH : | £90 per week | Whereby participants take their lunch at a local restaurant accompanied by other participants and a member of the teaching staff. |

| AIRPORT TAXI TRANSFER: | Heathrow or Gatwick Airport: £120 on arrival / £190 on arrival and departure. Southampton Eastleigh Airport: £50 on arrival / £90 on arrival and departure. |
Whereby participants are collected from the airport on arrival & taken to the host family or hotel in Portsmouth. |
General English Programmes
LSI's English language courses are designed, above all, to be practical, effective and enjoyable! You will not only improve your confidence and fluency in speaking, listening and understanding, but also extend your knowledge of grammar and vocabulary. You can also choose to prepare for an internationally-recognised examination or to take some additional individual one to one training to focus on your special needs.

Family |

Students normally arrive at their Host Families on Sunday and leave their Host Families on Saturday. At LSI, we are proud of our ability to recruit the very best host families; this is helped by the fact that, in this beautiful and historic city of 200,000 people, there is only one other language school. |
IMPORTANT NOTE : All prices are per week. Where a student's course dates incude tuition weeks which are both the Non-Summer and the Summer periods, then the Non-Summer tuition fee will apply to the Non-Summer weeks and the Summer tuition fee will apply to the Summer weeks. |
